After 10 years of strong growth, KoRo up-levelled all areas of People/HR, including Comp & Ben. For bAV, KoRo wanted a solution without the usual high & non-transparent fees as KoRo’s HR Director has an insurance background. Further bAV requirements were fully digital implementation and a UX like a modern HR tool.
